It consists of a living area, 2 bedrooms (one double and one double + bunk bed), 2 private bathrooms with shower. It has a sandy garden for exclusive use, where table, chairs and barbecue are positioned, for organizing outdoor barbecues with new and old friends. It is well furnished, according to the latest furnishing trends. The kitchen, in open-pore lacquered wood, is equipped with all the most modern appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.).

The rooms have a small terrace overlooking the sea, and in the kitchen there is a terrace equipped with a sitting area. Ideal for families with children, or for anyone who wants to enjoy the perfect location on the beach. You can also participate to evening events organized by the San Mauro Mare Village, in town center or on the seaside. Furthermore, for maximum security, it is also equipped with an anti-intrusion alarm system. There is also free wi-fi to stay connected.
